Here is a view you don’t see every day for sure. I started to chase this train from home and on my way here, I decided to do a video from under the train. I set the cam down and let it do its thing while I was safely away from the tracks. I didn’t notice untill after the video was done that I had the camera crooked. sorry about that. For those who are interested, the third loco that goes over is Union Pacific 1996 and this once again a supprise to me just like it was last time at the same crossing. This is at the Aliso Cyn. Rd. grade crossing in Acton, Ca.

The officer’s conduct has been called into question after a videotape of the incident was posted on youtube. The video, taken from a Utah Highway Patrol dashboard camera, shows Trooper John Gardner using a Taser on Jared Massey during a traffic stop on State Road 40 in Uintah County on Sept. 14.2007 In the nearly 10-minute video, Gardner is seen pulling Massey over for speeding. When Massey refuses to sign the citation, Gardner asks him to exit the vehicle, and things quickly escalate as the motorist points toward the speed limit sign.
