OS stands for operating system…so like Windows XP and Windows Vista are both Operating systems made by Microsoft….phones especially blackberrys and other PDAS have OS’s…the blackberry pearl has a newer operating system than the curve…the only big difference is how it looks…otherwise they mostly do the same things. I like the flip personally but the curve is a nice device too
February 13, 2010
So what do you mean by a newer OS?
thanks for the advice too, guys
whats that stand for?
February 13, 2010
yes you can change it to digital.
February 13, 2010
do you want a full keyboard or a flip phone? they both pretty much are the same….flip has a newer OS…
February 13, 2010
yes you can. it can be changed to digital…flip…analog…or lcd digital
February 13, 2010
no. probably not.
February 13, 2010
yes it does. it has a flash….and its auto…so it senses when it is needed.
February 13, 2010
yes…go under clock in the main menu….go to options and select digital instead of analog.
February 13, 2010
you cannot get a blackberry without a data plan anymore.
February 13, 2010
its actually not bad…i just got it….got used to it pretty fast!
February 13, 2010
instant messaging, email, internet…and any of the blackberry services available…also I think every carrier requires theblackberry to have the data plan now.
February 13, 2010
the trackball is the only way to navigate…and sprint does not have this phone and doesnt appear to be getting it anytime soon
February 13, 2010
yes they do
February 13, 2010
wifi is free..but if you use the network (edge) then you have to be subscribed to your carriers data package for the blackberry which I believe they require now anyways.
February 13, 2010
8230 has 3g thus uses more power…edge is worthless…and 8230 does not have the wifi feature.
February 13, 2010
yes

Notice on the black berry pearl flip, if you read the letters on the keyboard from Q-Y it spells QWERTY. hahhahahaa thats funny!!
February 13, 2010

February 13, 2010
